👶 BABY LLAMA MASSAGE
📅 Starting 14th September

A relaxed, baby-led 5-week course to help you build confidence, connection and communication with your little one through the power of touch.

We’ll explore massage techniques, baby cues, reflexes, wind & constipation, singing and so much more - all in a warm, supportive space where there’s no judgement and no pressure.

Feed your baby. Cuddle your baby. Pause when you need to🤍

And yes… there’s homemade cake and a cuppa too! ☕️🍰

🤰 MODERN ANTENATAL EDUCATION
📅 Starting 17th October

Relaxed, friendly, evidence-informed antenatal education that helps you feel informed, prepared and confident for birth and those early days with your baby.

We’ll cover labour & birth, feeding, sleep, bringing baby home and the realities of becoming a parent - all explained in everyday language, with plenty of time for questions and honest conversations.

And there may be Afternoon Tea involved… 🫖🍰

Both courses are held at my beautiful Sister & Soul studio in Urmston and are designed to be a calm, welcoming space where you can meet other parents-to-be and hopefully leave with some new friends too. 🤍

I couldn’t have asked for a more magical way to wrap up the last few weeks than by celebrating with this lovely bunch! ☕️🧁

Thank you so much to all my wonderful antenatal couples for allowing me to be a part of your journey. We finished things off perfectly today with a beautiful afternoon tea… (we did wish we could’ve photo shopped in our third lovely couple, who already had a fun trip planned - I’ll see you the the morning for your afternoon tea take away) 🥰

Wishing you all the absolute best for the arrivals of your little ones! 👶🍼✨

The next antenatal course is ready to book and starts 5th September, for babies due Oct Nov and Dec 💜✨

There’s something really magical about being caught in a moment you didn’t even realise felt so meaningful.

My sister Jo snapped this photo of me setting up for an antenatal class today and it honestly stopped me in my tracks. In the middle of preparing the slides, putting flowers out for my pregnant ladies and all the little touches that make the space feel calm and welcoming, I saw it through her eyes - and felt so grateful for what we’ve built together 🥹💜✨

These classes always feel like such a privilege: holding space for expectant parents as they get ready to meet their babies, share their stories, and take a breath in the middle of all the change.

My next antenatal course begins in September for babies due October, November, and December and I can’t wait to welcome another beautiful group into the space.

And just a little note… there are only a few spaces left on my baby massage course starting 13th July. If it’s been on your mind, now’s the time to book on 🥰

Thank you, always, for trusting me to be part of your parenting journey 🤍 Lisa x

Just landed back from Spain and straight into something I’m really excited about ✨☀️

My next antenatal course starts this Saturday, and I’ve only got a couple of spaces left.

To celebrate (and because I’ve come back feeling refreshed and full of energy), I’m offering £50 off the remaining spots for anyone who books in before Saturday 💖

If you’re expecting and want calm, practical, supportive preparation for birth and beyond, this is for you. We’ll cover everything in a relaxed, friendly way — no overwhelm, just real talk and proper support ☕️

If you’ve been thinking about it, this is your sign 🙌🏼

Lisa 💜✨

As the first hot spell arrives, many of you may start wondering whether bedsharing or cosleeping is still safe in warmer weather, especially as overheating is known to be associated with increased SIDS risk.

Some of the changes you naturally make during hot weather can actually reduce certain sleep hazards:

👚 lighter clothing
🛏️ fewer layers
🧺 removing heavy bedding

can all help create a cooler sleep environment 👌🏼

We often hear that the ideal room temperature for babies is 16–20°C, but during heatwaves that can feel unrealistic for many families.

Rather than focusing on reaching a “perfect” temperature, think instead about reducing layers and creating the coolest, most breathable sleep space possible.

A few practical tips for warmer nights:

☀️ Dress baby lightly
On very hot nights, babies may only need a nappy. If adding a layer, choose lightweight natural fibres such as cotton or bamboo.

☀️ Use airflow wisely
Fans can help make the room feel more comfortable by moving hot air around, but avoid directing airflow straight at your baby.

☀️ Keep heat out during the day
Close blinds and curtains during the hottest hours if it’s warmer outside than inside, then open windows in cooler parts of the day.

☀️ Think about the sleep environment
Hot air rises, so some families find lower sleeping spaces feel cooler in very warm weather.

☀️ Avoid overcrowding sleep spaces
Less crowding can support both comfort and safer sleep practices.

Every family and every home environment is different, and warmer weather often means adapting routines slightly. What heatwave sleep tips have worked for your family? 👇
