So as some of you may know, I now have 2 businesses under the umbrella of PULSE - and . Making twice as likely!

I’m currently on day 14 of my Mind & Body Detox 🙌🏼 Mentally I’m a lot clearer, in fact it’s what inspired me to start another business… yes a third one! 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣 Like I don’t have enough going on already 😬

Another ‘side effect’ …or well, bonus really is I’ve lost 6lbs already without even trying. WHOOP!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I’ve also been struggling with unbalanced hormones for more than a couple of years now, being on the wonderfully unpredictable Peri merry-go-round 😵‍💫 I have to say I’ve been much less exhausted, calmer & less likely to ‘flip’ at nothing, plus my mum even commented I’m “unrecognisable”… in a good way I hope 😂

Anyhoo… it got me to wondering how many of you lovely lot are happy with your current lifestyle, food choices, & mental clarity 🤔 Is a free, guided 30 Day Reset something you would be interested in, before the chaos of, (dare I say it), the festive season starting?

This October, let’s stand with brands that truly support the fight against breast Cancer by REMOVING CARCINOGENS FROM THIER PRODUCTS, instead of !

🎀 Do not be fooled by pink ribbons slapped on products just to boost sales, while still selling the very chemicals that contribute to Cancer.

💝 Your money is better spent, donated to or similar.

This is a topic I’m extremely passionate about for many reasons, not to mention I’ve had 2 breast cancer scares this year & I’m still undergoing tests.

🌿🪱🐛 NATURAL PARASITE CLEANSE 🐛🪱🌿

Have you ever done or been curious about doing a Parasite Cleanse & the benefits to you/your family? Feedback on experiences or Questions in the comments please 🗣️💬

There are many types of Parasite Cleanses out there, both natural & chemical… However, these days I avoid hammering my body with unnecessary chemicals or ‘medication’ & so have opted for a natural option. We are looking to stock this brand in store at P U L S E - Fashion & Wellbeing, so I wanted to try & test the results first hand myself.

I have been experiencing excessive unexplainable fatigue for a long time now, that no amount of sleep has been able to relieve & after extensive investigation, blood tests, diagnostics etc I put it down to the perimenopause. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas & a very Happy New Year with your nearest & dearest 🥳

Apologies for dropping off the face of the earth for the latter half of December! As I posted back on 18th December, we had to close the physical store due to unforeseen circumstances. After taking some much deserved & needed time off for self care, I’m now in a strong frame of mind & able to talk about having found what I thought was a lump back in October 2024. On 18th December the GP confirmed my fears & referred me to the Nightingale Centre. If this post is speaking out to anyone, this is your friendly reminder ⏰ Please don’t leave it any longer to get any concerns double checked!!

I’d like to take this opportunity to also say a great big 💕 THANK YOU 💕 all of our wonderful friends & customers who have stuck by us & continued to shop online 🥰🫶🏼

This is the post I was praying to be able to put out & the best Birthday present I could ever have asked for 🙏🏼 Yesterday, it was confirmed there are no signs of cancer & I’m unbelievably thankful… I know not everyone is anywhere near as lucky!

I want to use my experience positively & I have massive plans for this year… helping to fundraise & raise awareness of Prevent Breast Cancer is one of them. They are the only UK Charity funding vital research, solely aimed at preventing breast cancer for future generations 💖 My grandma had breast cancer in her 40’s & again in her 80’s, sadly passing away in 1996, so this is a subject very close to my heart.

Sending all my love & admiration to the wonderful women (and yes… some men) out there who have been through this, are going through similar, are fighting or have survived, and last but by no means least the amazing staff at Wythenshawe Nightingale Centre 💛
