Life is never always, going to go to plan.

Life, life’s. There will always be twists and turns. It’s how we approach it.

I’ve loved every second of mine and wouldn’t be where I am today without it.

So truly grateful for every single person I’ve met along the way, some stay, some are just passing through 🩵

You’ll come to road blocks, and have to divert… there’ll be roundabouts you have to go around a few times, before finding the right road again.

It’s all ok! 🩵 Just trust! It’s all part of the process.

Strength doesn’t always look like standing tall and holding it all together. Sometimes, strength is simply showing up, sitting in the quiet moments, and facing the uncertainty one breath at a time.

Sitting in the breast unit today for further tests, I’m reminding myself that bumps in the road are part of the journey, not the end of it. To every woman and man walking through their own diagnosis, waiting room, or treatment today: soft strength is still strength. We don’t have to be fearless every second, we just have to keep putting one foot in front of the other. We can get through this. 🤍

Nature truly standardises time, doesn’t it?

This evening at Hoar Cross Hall, my son and I sat together in the gardens to watch the eclipse, the atmosphere was utterly surreal.

As the moon moved across, the world seemed to hold its breath. The air went completely still, the birds fell quiet, and even the squirrels halted in their tracks.

Looking into the distance, even the wind turbine had come to a standstill.

It was a breathtaking moment of complete stillness, a beautiful reminder of how grounding it is to simply stop, witness, and be present with the natural world around us. 🌒✨

As we move into August, the changing season gently invites us to pause, reflect, and notice how we support ourselves and those around us.

One of the greatest privileges of my work is the incredible variety of people I get to treat.

I meet people from all walks of life, each carrying their own unique history, their own triumphs, and their own quiet challenges. I love listening to their stories and honoring their individual journeys.

Yet, no matter how different our paths may look, there is one beautiful thread that connects every single client: the decision to take time out for themselves.
