The Calm Club is back as it was so popular last time!🫧🩰

Join us on Saturday, the 11th of July, for one of two sessions, 10:00 to 13:00 or 15:30 to 18:30 for a session of movement, relaxation and a little bit of self-care at the spa.

Tickets are £50 per person and include a 50-minute Pilates session, full use of the spa facilities, access to the bar, a complimentary glass of Prosecco on arrival and a wellness goodie bag filled with lovely treats.

There will also be the option to upgrade on the day for £35 and enjoy a relaxing massage, perfect if you want to make the morning feel even more indulgent.

Come along solo, bring a friend, or make a morning of it with the girls. The Calm Club is all about slowing down, moving your body and leaving feeling refreshed.
