☀️ July at Elixir, better late than never!
July was a month full of sunshine, heat and the return of Kit the legend! 😂
⚽ We all got together to watch the football locally at Haywood Farm Cider, which was a great evening and a chance to get everyone together outside of the shop.
🍞 Vicky’s Bread also arrived on our shelves in July and it has been SO popular! We honestly can't thank everyone enough for supporting us and giving a new local product a try. ❤️
👶 Kit made her very welcome return from maternity leave, and we've been treated to some classic dad jokes ever since! 😂 If you pop in and see her, be sure to ask her for one!
🎂 Beth also celebrated her birthday in July, and naturally, there was plenty of cake!
👩💼 We also had Millie travel all the way down from Hertfordshire for some work experience, which was lovely. We hope you enjoyed your time with us, Millie!
☀️ We had some extra help in the shop over the summer holidays too, with Freddie, Henry and Gracie helping out and keeping themselves busy!
📦 Lexi found her own unique way of keeping cool during the heatwave… by climbing into a box of packing chips! 😂 We're not sure it was particularly effective, but she certainly looked comfortable!
⚖️ And finally, Sammie became the Refill weigh-in king, managing to get exactly 1kg first time. Now that's some serious weighing skills! 😂
🌡️ We've been surviving the heat with the help of a giant fan behind the till , and it looks like we're going to need it for a little while longer!
🌿 We also had a great market day, with the lovely Rachel from A.Vogel UK Health joining us on the stand. It was great to see so many familiar faces and have another busy day in Wadebridge.
So that's July done, a busy one, but a good one!
