Join us on Monday 8th June for a deeply nourishing evening of Yoga Nidra & Reiki as we welcome the energy of June.

This is the only Magic Monday session taking place this month, making it a special opportunity to pause, reset and reconnect with yourself.

You’ll be gently guided into a state of deep, conscious rest through the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra, supporting you to move inward through the layers of body, breath, mind and spirit whilst receiving Reiki energy helping you to release what no longer serves you and planting seeds of intention for the season ahead 🤍✨.
