Dental Fear

“I was very happy with the Initial Consultation and every session was delivered in a professional and caring manner.

Well today I went to the dentist and was very calm. I had a full check-up, allowing them to use all the implements they wanted - I even had a bit of cleaning done. No tears!!

I was able to go into town afterwards and shop, usually I go home a gibbering wreck. Thank you Amanda.

And I can sleep now too.”

Are you suffering from an overwhelming fear of needles?

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can help you!

Having five sessions of hypnotherapy before a blood test or injection can enable you to attend for your appointment in a calm and relaxed way without feeling faint, anxious, or having a panic attack.

If you would like to have a chat about how hypnotherapy can help you to detach the emotion from the fear please feel free to contact me either via the website www.duchy-hypnotherapy.co.uk or telephone 07446 870 220.

Below is a testimonial from a client:-

“With my injection phobia I would have originally ignored what I needed or panic and run! Now I am comfortable to book it, be in a waiting room and be calm... my heart doesn't race anymore and I can think logically about it! It helped me to have a surgery that otherwise would have ruined my life!!

I came away from the Initial Consultation feeling more positive and it was easy to understand which meant I could do things to help myself as well.

The CD's/downloads are amazing and honestly in the first week I noticed a difference. Amanda was comforting and friendly which helped build my confidence."
