For years I struggled with my weight. As a chubby child and teen I enjoyed big portions and constantly snacked on crisps and chocolate but was unhappy with my size. Slimming World helps me control my weight without ever feeling hungry or deprived. I can still enjoy the food I love with food optimising which means the plan is easier to stick to and doesn't feel like a diet. I know how miserable my weight made me when I was younger so I wanted to become a Slimming World Consultant to help support people and change their lives. My group is at Outwood Working Men's Club every Tuesday at 5.30pm and 7.30pm.
