✨importance of consent forms✨

every single time you come in for an appointment with me you will be asked to fill out a consent form, and yes even if you have been before i will ask you. but what does a consent form do and why do you actually have to fill it out?

- a consent form essentially is written permission from you that i can tattoo you and you are happy to go through with the procedure, knowing all of the potential risks that comes with getting tattooed.

- the form will ask you questions about your medical history which depending on your answers will tell me if i can go through with the tattoo or if i need to adapt the appointment in any way to best suit you.

- the consent form helps protect me and the client by being a written record that the procedure, the risks and all relevant information what discussed before the appointment goes ahead.
