Hi all, i have been trying to get the room finished off where I could and it is almost ready to rent out!...
We have the door hung, all the boarding done apart from 3 small sections and the filling done where needed and almost completely empty (temporarily housing the odd thing in at the moment but will take no time at all to empty once taken).It will be finished off in matte white for a clean look but can be painted any colour should someone take it on...
It would be ideal for someone that does beauty, massage or similar treatments, (there is plenty of room to have a bed laid down and manoeuvre around) as we have an aesthetics practitioner, piercer and tattooist, this enables us to help each other with clients.
I advertise on my page, as well as on the tv in the salon will help reach an audience that is already engaged with my socials and frequents the salon.
Great rate of rent, a great location and loads of footfall, this is a prime location to work from...
The nail station is also available to rent, with front of house positioning you will be visible to passes by as well as clients of current service providers.x
