BROADSTROKE EXPLANATION RE ARBONNE
Arbonne International is 37 years old. Thirty-seven years of success, stability, roots, and culture. We are currently in the very early stages of globalization. Up until 10 years ago, Arbonne was an American company. In 2006 Arbonne expanded into Canada, in 2007 the UK and Australia, in 2014 Poland (our gateway into Europe), and in 2016 New Zealand and Taiwan (Taiwan will be our gateway into Asia). This globalization process will continue until ARBONNE is a household name worldwide. We still have over 180 countries to go!!
Arbonne’s compensation plan has four streams of income. There is no glass ceiling, thus unlimited income earning potential. Upon reaching the second of our four management levels, the Area Manager level, your business becomes a willable asset. So my children will one day inherit a multi-million dollar global business. It’s in my will.
Our corporate infrastructure includes our CEO Kay (Napier) Zanotti, who comes to us with over 20 years of experience heading one of the highest performing divisions at Proctor and Gamble, the North American Pharmaceutical division, as well as the Corporate Women’s Health & Vitality platform. Post-P&G, Kay was hired by McDonald's, where she helped rescue them from the ‘Supersize Me’ debacle and introduced the healthy choice menu platform. When Kay arrived at McDonald’s their stock was down to $11 a share; by the time she left it was over $90 a share. She is a brilliant leader and well poised to take Arbonne global.
In charge of product development is Dr. Peter Matravers. He came to Arbonne after more than 25 years of skin care and consumer product development with major brands, including Neutrogena and 14 years at AVEDA. He is one of the top formulators in the world for botanically based products. He personally has 20+ international and U.S. patents to his name. Peter’s mission is about creating safe products for us and our families, but also our planet.
Arbonne has been creating these Pure, Safe, and Beneficial products since 1980.
Our founder, Petter Morck, didn’t jump on the band wagon -- he started the trend. Arbonne has always combined the purest of nature with the safest of science, and created products that produced exceptional results. Every product we offer benefits you in some way. We are certified cruelty free. We have never tested on animals and never will. We are certified vegan, certified gluten free, Kosher, non-GMO, whey-free, and carbon footprint neutral.
If you are someone who is careful about what you ingest, if you try to eat healthy and read labels and watch what you put into your body, then you need to be equally careful about what goes ON your body. You don’t want products with lanolin, tallow, 'parfum', and ‘all natural ingredients.’ The FDA allows the term ‘all natural ingredients’ to cover a broad spectrum that includes animal products and by-products, which are often toxic.
Our products are dermatologist, ophthalmologist and pediatrician tested. We don’t pay doctors to endorse our products and recommend them; we pay third party facilities to do clinical blind testing. Clinical testing has shown we have the number one anti-aging skincare line in the market for results.
We are hypoallergenic and we are PH correct.
We are paraben-free. Parabens are inexpensive preservatives that have been linked to breast cancer. They are totally legal - and rampant - in U.S. products.
We are phthalate free - pthalates are endocrine disruptors, commonly used in personal care products, and have been linked to infertility, hormonal cancers, birth deformities, A.D.D. and many more illnesses. And we are mineral oil free.
We abide by European Union laws and standards. The EU has the strictest, highest standards in the industry, and we abide by them voluntarily.
Arbonne is a fully certified green company. We have a Forestry Stewardship Council certification, we responsibly harvest and in Irvine,California, where our head office is located, UPS uses Arbonne’s warehouse as an example to other companies of what a green warehouse looks like.

For me, the best product Arbonne has to offer is the business. It's an opportunity to create a significant ancillary income that grows exponentially, alongside all my other commitments, with a business model that utilizes 21st century technology. We build potential multi-million dollar businesses from our phones and computers with a company that only has 1% brand awareness in the United States.
I remember at one time saying ‘what’s a Google?’ That’s how I feel about Arbonne! Wait until the rest of the world gets their hands on these amazing products and this amazing business model!
BOTTOM LINE: The products are for everyone, from baby to beyond baby boomer. The business can create either vacation money or great wealth, but it’s not for everyone. It requires a person who enjoys helping people, being willing to be your own boss, and wanting to create choices for yourself and your family. It’s not Net-“play” marketing, it’s Net-“work” marketing.
If you can find an hour a day to commit to building an Arbonne business, then you can have a business! Five years will go by in the blink of an eye, no matter what you do. If you decide to put a toe in, or jump in with both feet, the best that can happen is you will create great abundance and a life filled with choices. The worst that can happen is that you start using far superior safer products for yourself and your loved ones, and educate a few friends. Then, of course, there’s everything in between. It’s a win/win no matter what!
