After 50, this may be one of the biggest mistakes
many people are making... 😳

They take blood pressure medication.
They take diabetes medication.
They take heart medication.
Then they add 4, 5, 6 different supplements on top of everything.
Because if it's sold in a shop, it must be safe... right? πŸ€”

Not always.
The scary part?
Some supplements can affect the liver.
Some can increase the risk of bleeding.
Some can interfere with medications.
And some people are taking them every single day without telling their doctor.

Am not saying supplements are bad.
Am saying that once you are 50 year of age, "natural" does not automatically mean "safe."

Some people's breakfast is now:
2 tablets for BP.
1 tablet for sugar.
3 supplements.
2 vitamins.
And one cup of tea.

My People! This meal shocked me today.

Looking at this plate, most people would call it a healthy weight-loss meal right?

Turkey βœ”οΈ

Brown rice βœ”οΈ

Vegetables βœ”οΈ

Nothing fried.

Nothing sugary.

But guess what?

This one plate came up to almost 700 calories and am supposed to eat 350 calories fir lunch😭
