I love a good walk , some days by the beach and open expanse of the sea and some days surrounded by energy of the trees 💚

Wherever the walk I always feel good after it , the sun on your skin wind in your hair, it really does blow away the cobwebs

It helps with a whole host of emotions, frustrated.. walk it off.. angry stomp it out ..feeling sad stroll & take it all in , if you are tired you will feel invigorated after 💚

Go for a walk whilst you are able to, perhaps there will be a day when you can't 💚

The Summer Solstice is a portal , a celebration of light, abundance, expansion, and the turning of the wheel. A moment to honour how far you’ve come and to call in all that is waiting to bloom.

Wrapped in daylight and healing frequencies, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation through the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding vibrations designed to calm the mind, open the heart, and awaken the soul.
