You may have noticed I've been a little quiet… but behind the scenes, something really special has been growing.

Boogie Woogie hasn't disappeared ..it's evolved. 🌱

The music, movement & sensory, connection and kindness you all know and love are still at the heart of everything we do. But now our mission is even bigger: supporting all ages, all abilities, and stronger communities.

From babies, children to older adults, families, we're here to create spaces where everyone belongs.

This is more than a new name… it's the start of a beautiful new chapter!

We are so excited to bring back our beautiful Boogie Baby Intergenerational Music and Sensory Play sessions following an amazing early summer term.

These special sessions bring babies, families and Abbeyfield residents together for a morning filled with music, sensory play, songs, instruments, bubbles, joy, laughter and so much love.

JOY. What a special place!

Last night I had the absolute pleasure of being invited to the launch of Joy and WOW...

Being surrounded by so many incredible people passionate about making a difference across Wirral and our communities was truly inspiring.

Joy is more than a building. It’s a safe, creative and welcoming space for wellbeing, connection and expression with support and services woven into the heart of the community.

And I’m SO excited about what this could mean for organisations like mine 🤍

A space to reach more people, create more connection and bring music, movement, creativity, intergenerational experiences and wellbeing to even more of our community.

More connection. More creativity. More community. More Joy 🤍

WOW ! What a beautiful 5 weeks 😍😍

Look at our amazing final session of our 5-week pilot of intergenerational program at Abbeyfield Hoylake and West Kirby Society.

I am so excited to continue this incredible intergenerational program throughout 2026.

✨ Highly Commended – UK Dementia Awards 2026 ✨

Feeling incredibly proud to have received a Highly Commended recognition at the UK Dementia Awards 2026. 🧡

To be acknowledged in a room full of people who are passionate about improving the lives of those living with dementia is a real honour. Being recognised for doing something I genuinely love is both humbling and inspiring.
This award reflects the power of community, connection, and creating meaningful opportunities for people living with dementia and their families.

Thank you to everyone who has supported the journey so far. This recognition only motivates me to keep going and keep making a difference.
