Next Chapter - NW CIC

Next Chapter - NW CIC We support children over 8, families, adults and professionals to improve mental health and well being across England, Wales and beyond. I WILL. WATCH ME.

Next Chapter is where personal development, well-being, and education meet, offering a safe and supportive space that truly sees you; your story, your struggles, your strengths, and the experiences that have shaped who you are today. We work with adults, children aged 8+, parents, and families, taking a holistic approach to understanding your needs and creating a bespoke pathway, to create change

together. Whether through 1:1 support, workshops, courses, or groups, we help you find the strength and confidence to set goals and say: I CAN.

Quote of the day!

‘I never thought on a Thursday afternoon I’d be having a moo off, riding a pretend unicorn or crawling around being a dog!!’

This is exactly what the mentors have worked so hard to achieve the last few years…. The confidence to do random things, laugh at themselves, lead by example, create a safe place and give the children permission to laugh and be silly too.

Does this sound familiar?

You’ve talked it through.
Offered online support
You’ve gone to your GP, but the options feel limited.
You’ve tried different approaches and read all the self-help.
You’ve been told you don’t meet the threshold for support.
You’re back on yet another waiting list, knowing it may not bring the change you actually need.
You’ve been offered a short block of counselling that talking alone simply isn’t making a difference.
You’re trying to figure out how to communicate better, connect better, cope better, but nothing feels like it truly fits.

At Next Chapter, we see this all the time. We offer early intervention, 1:1 support that meets you where you are, not where systems expect you to be.

We provide personalised 1:1 support for children, adults, couples, and families, with flexible access beyond traditional 9–5 hours, giving you:

🛠️ Practical strategies
🤍 Self-understanding & self-compassion
🗣️ Support with communication & relationships
🎯 Personalised support that looks at the bigger picture, taking a holistic approach to help you build the understanding, confidence, and tools to navigate life more independently

Our team offers:

✨ Bespoke 1:1 coaching & mentoring tailored to individual needs
✨ Couples coaching to strengthen understanding, communication, and connection
✨ Specialist neuro divergent counselling for children & adults... offering more than traditional talk therapy

This is support that takes a holistic view, helping you understand yourself, build practical strategies, and develop the confidence to support yourself more independently over time.

How’s your week started?

Maggies started at 7am being rudely awoken by me wanting to clean out her house before I went to work, so she went for a wander.

This didn’t quite go to plan when the hose pipe blew off the tap and scared her, so she ran down to me in her area for reassurance. However, a frog then jumped past her and scared her again. This pushed her over the edge so she started screeching at it, very loudly… even chickens have a tolerance threshold at 730am!!

Happy Monday folks!!
