Djembe Drumming Circle 🪘~ Avery's Angels Holistic Therapies

Hi Ali here and yes I'm addicted to drumming circles.

Why?

Because there is nothing more nourishing than being completely encompassed in a beat of a drum.

We will gather have an amazing time together and really settle down into a rhythm of togetherness, friendship and love. ❤️

Your mind will be still once again and your body will stabilise preparing your for the lovely season of Autumn 🍂

We will be drumming around the fire, then lindsay will introduce you to Morning Alters.
This is a Free event and we will be meeting at Seaton Sluice beach. Park in the large car park near Blyth as we will be on the beach near the entrance. Feel free to bring a drink, snack, wood or even your costume if you fancy a dip too. !
Please let me know if you are coming and if you need a drum.
