Great to have back in today to reassess her knee and get her ready for her next marathon! She's made fantastic progress with her rehab in the gym over the past couple of months and it's fantastic to see her marathon training is back on track! Always great to catch up with too 💪🏻

Great to have Harvey in Friday for a session with a bad back post session getting back into the car was much easier and he was able to get back refereeing that same night for his fights 💪🏻 testimonial to follow :

Hi everyone as some of you may not know me I’d like to introduce myself! I’m Jack I’m a musculoskeletal specialist physio I qualified 3 years ago and have been working in the NHS since qualifying, I have been seeing clients much longer as I qualified In sports massage 6 years ago I have had the pleasure of being able to help a huge mix of people from weekend warriors to top level athletes and everything in between! I am so proud to announce Elite Physio as my own clinic and I’m very excited to help get you all back out there and training again! I have structured the sessions so you get the most out of them so all sessions will be 1 hour and they will all include specialist assessment, treatment and most likely some rehab work as well! Looking forward to seeing and helping you all!
