What a fantastic result from a C9
I have completed the C9 and in total lost 12 and a quarter pounds and 22.5 inches off of my body !! Wow !!

This is an amazing result from one of my colleagues and these are her words.

Just like to share my results with everyone! This is the second time this year doing my c9 in July this year I weight 13 stone, now I've managed to go down to 10 stone.total lost during 9 days was 14 pounds.
I've always had trouble with loosing and maintaining weight..c9 is definitely the best thing I could of done! Love it x
