Vibe Concepts has joined forces with Fabulously Fit Mums to create Vibe Fit Mums - the ultimate and most fun way to help Mums of all ages, shapes and sizes get back to being fit, fabulous and FEELING THE VIBE! Are you a Mum who has recently had a baby? Are you concerned about your post pregnancy jelly

-like tummy? Are you unsure where to start and what exercises are safe for you to do? If your answer is YES to some, or all of these questions, then we are here to help you! We currently deliver "Feel The Vibe" Group Exercise Classes and 1-2-1 Post-Natal Training Sessions in the West Midlands. However, if you live further afield we also run classes and sessions online via Zoom. Please contact us for more information. If you are a Vibe Instructor who would love to work with Mums to help them get back into shape and loving exercise again by adapting what you have learnt in Vibe Concepts, then please contact us.

Post natal resistance band exercises🖤💛

Try this quick 15 minute workout 💪

Start with dynamic stretches to ease tightness in chest and hips, followed by exercises to strengthen legs, shoulders, back, chest and core 🖤💛

Do 45 secs of each exercise, rest 15 secs. Repeat twice.

Shorten the length of the band to make exercises harder.

Suitable once you have clearance from your healthcare provider at your check up to start exercising.
