🚲 CYCLING 🚲

This was my first bike ride in 6 years! I got my new bike 6 years ago and rode it twice!

Back in college in 2005 (I was 10 years old 🤣) I met one of my best friends and we used to do the route we did this evening… so a bit of nostalgic one!

We smashed it!

It has made me wonder why I stopped the activity I loved!

Now the bike is all tidied up and I know it works… although the saddle definitely needs to be changed (sofa please 🤣)… I will most certainly be making sure I plan this activity into my week, every week!
