We’re excited to welcome you to our new weekly Deep Relaxation class — a calming blend of gentle yoga, Yin-inspired movement, pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and Yoga Nidra-style relaxation.

Each session is designed to help you:

🌿 Release physical tension

🧠 Quiet mental overthinking

💛 Restore energy and emotional balance

The class moves slowly and is fully accessible, making it ideal for beginners as well as anyone needing a weekly reset. You’ll begin with gentle movement and breathwork, move into guided meditation, and finish in deep restorative relaxation.
