When you make excuses not to do something and then have to make sure you catch up and remain dedicated to the group and the agreements made! Day 4, Day 5 and Day 6 done!!

It's not always about being perfect, but it is about being committed 🤩📣

Day 6 was a spicy core workout which I just loved!!!
