I feel so pleased to welcome the unfolding of a new season, especially as we gently shift into Autumn. It is time to slow down, to seek new experiences that nurture and nourish us. Make hot and earthy soups to enjoy, take gentle walks through the woodlands. Go with gentleness and cultivate a feeling of relaxation as you walk among the fallen leaves. They are experiencing their first ever moments of falling and resting on the woodland floor.
