A 3-Day Workshop Experience

Most of us spend our lives trying to figure ourselves out.
This workshop takes a different route.
What if some of your biggest insights came not from looking harder at yourself… but from helping someone else make sense of their world?

Over three days, through guided conversation, simple movement exercises, reflection, and shared experiences, we explore something powerful.
When you help others see clearly, you often see yourself more clearly too.

💜 After Easter… and into fresh starts 🩵
We hope you’ve all had a lovely Easter break — whether it was full of celebration, chocolate, family time… or just a well-earned rest 🌸
We don’t personally celebrate religious holidays, but we always respect and appreciate what they mean to so many 💜

For us, this time of year feels like a quiet shift…
🌱 A bit of growth
🌼 New beginnings
🌷 And that gentle nudge to start fresh again

And we’re definitely feeling it…
The gardens are calling… 🌿
The cupboards are whispering “sort me out”… 😅
