*** Practice Closure***
Dear Patients
We just wanted to let you know that Church Street Practice will be closed from 1.00pm to 6.30pm on Thursday 10th September for essential training.
This closure has been agreed by the local commissioning board (ICB) to allow GP practices to facilitate training for their whole practice team.
If you require medical attention please do not ring the surgery but contact NHS111. If you require urgent or immediate treatment, please either attend Urgent Care or if life threatening consider attendance at A&E.
For any non-urgent queries or bookings we would ask that you contact the surgery on an alternative day via the usual method.
Many thanks in advance for your cooperation and support in this matter.

We have a number of chairs free to anyone who can collect them. Please note these are all defective in some way, e.g missing a wheel, loose leg, worn material. They are located outside of the Church Street Practice staff door on the grass area. Please help yourself to the chairs only. The garden furniture is for staff usage.
Thank you.

As the weather conditions become increasingly warmer and the Met Office red weather warning in place, please remember to look out for those who may be more vulnerable in our community.
If you have an appointment with us over the next couple of days and you feel it is not urgent and you would rather cancel or change it to another day, please do just let us know.
Our staffing levels over the next few days may also be affected by the weather due to other facilities closing which in turn impacts on our staff. Please bear with us. We will always support you as best we can.
