PBS or ABA qualified (postgrad level)
Teaching qualification (e.g. PTLLS, Level 3)
Champion trauma-informed, inclusive care
Deliver and evaluate impactful training
6 weeks leave | Private Medical Assurance, Income Protection and Life Assurance (T’s & C’s apply) | Long service rewards | MH First Aiders | Blue Light card | Ongoing CPD

We've had some wild adventures this week! We have been feeding the animals at Longleat and some of the people we support went exploring in the new forest and found wild ponies and donkeys 🐎🐴

Meet Elphaba and Fyero (name by Nikki our Deputy Manager who is a little bit obsessed with the musical Wicked). Our wonderful hedgehogs that have now been released successfully in our garden. Their new homes are cosy and they are now ready to explore their new surroundings. One of our Support Workers Jenny runs a rescue that saves these wonderful little creatures from their difficult beginnings. Staff have been involved in supporting Jenny to get them ready and we are now honouring our hedgehog pledge and giving them a forever home to enjoy 🦔🦔
