I'm starting a To Be List! This has very much been my sentiment of the last few weeks.

After my wonderful restorative yoga course, I have been making a concious effort to be a version of one or these from my list. I can change in and out a few times a day sometimes ☺️.

I will also add in 'laughter' here, but for me that does fits into 'Happy'...

What's your list, and how does that look for you?

Smile, if not for the world then for you.. smiling releases positive edorphins into your body, and all your loving cells respond..

I have a couple of spaces available on my upcoming Reiki Level One course.

This is an intimate and transformative experience, held in a small, supportive group where you'll begin your Reiki journey alongside like-minded people. You'll also become part of a growing community of Reiki students who have already embarked on their own healing and self-discovery path.

Reiki is a beautiful healing vibration that helps to realign and balance your energy, supporting your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Through attunement and practical learning, you'll discover how to offer Reiki healing to yourself, as well as to friends and family.

This course is more than a qualification; it's a wellbeing journey. A day dedicated to self-care, grounding, balance, growth and deeper connection with yourself. It offers the opportunity to slow down, tune in, and develop a lifelong tool for healing and personal development.

✨ During the day we'll cover:

• Reiki principles
• Energy systems and meditations
• Reiki attunement
• Self-healing techniques
• Hands-on practice giving Reiki to others
• Reiki Level One Certification

The day is held in a calm, nurturing environment with plenty of space to relax, learn and experience the energy of Reiki.
