Today is a sad day at Mayfield Homecare.
We are saying a heartfelt goodbye to a very special client, someone who was so much more than a client to us — she was family.
In her home, proudly on display, was this beautiful poster — written about what she loved about her Mayfield girls. We think it says everything about the kind of care she received, and the bond she had with the team who supported her.
To every carer who walked through her door over the years — thank you. You kept her at home, comfortable, independent, and surrounded by warmth and laughter, exactly as she deserved. You should all be incredibly proud.
And to her family — thank you for welcoming us into your home and trusting us to be part of her life. Our thoughts are with you all at this time. You should all be so proud of the support you gave to her
She will be dearly missed by all of us.
