Something a little special has been happening behind the scenes lately… I’ve had the chance to be involved in a BBC project connected to the amazing work we do with Friends of Peel Hall Park.
I can’t share to many details yet, but I can say how proud I am of our community for caring for the wildlife, clearing the rubbish, and keeping our green spaces thriving.
It’s lovely to see our efforts recognised in ways we never expected. 🦋🌷🍄🦆🐭🐛🦊

This bank holiday weekend was a little different for me, instead of putting my feet up, I was out planting trees to support local wildlife and give a little something back to the land we all share.
It felt grounding, meaningful, and completely aligned with why I do what I do.
Now it’s back to a full week of reflexology, supporting clients in their own wellbeing journeys.
For me, it all connects: caring for the earth, caring for our bodies, caring for our communities.
Small actions, repeated often, make a real difference.
Here’s to a week of balance, purpose, and nurturing — inside and out.
