Important Notice

Due to a major incident affecting Virgin Media, clinical systems across the UK are currently unavailable.
If you are attending the practice today for a blood test appointment, please provide us with your NHS number, if you know it. This will help us process your request more efficiently while our systems are affected.
Please be aware that our reception team currently has no access to patient records and will therefore be limited in the assistance they can provide with enquiries, appointments and results.

We are unable to book any appointments today while our clinical systems remain unavailable. The majority of the appointments today had been prebooked so we will do our very best to help patients who are due to visit us today.

We are unable to accept samples today unless your NHS number ,name and date of birth are provided by you.

If you wish to cancel an appointment today, please let us know. However, please note that we will not be able to rearrange or rebook appointments today until systems are restored.
If your need is urgent, please contact NHS 111 for advice and assistance.

If your request is not urgent, we would be grateful if you could delay contacting the practice until services return to normal.

Patient Notice- update

We would like to update patients that our clinical system remains unavailable following the major Virgin Media outage affecting GP practices and primary care services across Warrington and Lancashire.
Virgin Media engineers continue to work on restoring services as a priority. Unfortunately, we do not yet have a timescale for when systems will be fully operational.
All pre-booked appointments for tomorrow will still go ahead as planned.
Please be aware that, although we are able to see patients, the loss of our clinical system means we are limited in what services we can provide. This may affect access to medical records, prescribing, referrals and other routine clinical processes. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding while we work within these restrictions.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your continued support. We will keep patients updated and provide further information as soon as we know more.
