**4-week fungal nail follow-up 👣**

This patient is currently undergoing Class 4 laser therapy as part of an intensive fungal nail treatment plan.

With chronic fungal nail infections, treatment usually needs consistency. That means regular follow-ups every 3–4 weeks over 6–7 months, with the nail being reduced, cleared, treated, and monitored properly.

This is why you’ll often hear people say fungal nails are “impossible” to treat.

In reality, they’re often just impossible to treat with a generic cream dabbed on top of a thick, chronically infected nail once a week.

At this 4-week review, we’re already seeing a clearer, healthier-looking nail plate, less thickness, and a better nail environment.
