🏒🇬🇧 What an incredible experience.

It was a huge honour to be part of the medical and performance support team for the Great Britain Men’s National Ice Hockey Team at the top division of the World Championships in Zurich, Switzerland.

Representing your country on the world stage is something special, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to support the players and staff throughout the tournament. Working alongside such a dedicated group of athletes and professionals was a privilege, and I’m proud to have played a small part in the journey.

A massive thank you to everyone involved for making@me feel welcome, their hard work, commitment, and professionalism. Experiences like this remind me why I love what I do.

Now I am back, I am taking booking but I’m extremely busy so get in touch as soon as possible.

Busy doesn’t even cover it lately…

This month took me out to Puigcerdà, Spain with GB Women — coming home with a 🥈🇬🇧Next up… Italy 🇮🇹 and Switzerland 🇨🇭 with the GB Men ✈️

Safe to say, I haven’t had time to breathe 😅

I’m doing my best to fit people in for sessions before I head off, but I can also get you booked in for when I’m back — just drop me a message.

Still buzzing from last night.

Proud to be Sport Rehabilitator for the Deeside Dragons as we lifted the Moralee League Cup in front of 1,100 loud (and slightly hoarse) fans.

Big hits. Shot blocks. Cramp. Chaos. And a group of lads who just refused to stay down, physically or mentally. That’s what makes nights like this special.

On a personal note, it means a lot as a former player at this club. Seeing lads I’ve shared a changing room with, and some I’ve coached along the way, now lifting silverware together is something special. Full circle moments don’t come around often in sport.

Massive credit to the players, staff, and every single supporter who made it a night to remember.

Sport rehab isn’t always hands-on.

Back on the ice today supporting an elite ice hockey player post-hamstring surgery, guiding them safely into the next phase of rehab.

Using objective strength testing alongside re-coaching skating mechanics, we’re building confidence, control, and the right mindset — because getting back on the ice isn’t just about healing, it’s about performing safely and effectively.

Rehab isn’t just treatment. It’s preparation.

Yesterday’s Whistlers’ Run Out was about far more than the rugby.

It was about creating space for real conversations, supporting one another, and using our game to make a genuine difference.

We’re incredibly proud to support LooseHeadz and the work they do in tackling the stigma around mental health in rugby and beyond.

Thank you to everyone who played, volunteered, supported, donated, and showed up — on and off the pitch.

Important Update for All Patients

As we approach the end of the year, I wanted to let everyone know that my last available appointments before the holidays will be on Friday, 19th December, as I’ll be taking a trip with my family.

I will also be offering a small number of appointments on 29th and 30th December, before returning to work fully on 2nd January.

I’d like to take this opportunity to say a heartfelt thank you to all my patients for your support, trust, and kindness throughout the year. It’s been a pleasure working with you, and I’m truly grateful for each and every one of you.

It was an absolute honour to help at the cup of nations in Sosnowiec, Poland. It’s always a pleasure to help the International team but it’s quite a buzz to go full circle and help some players for the Men’s senior team who I helped back when they were playing for the England under 14s team.
