And that's a wrap. 💜

Today was the final Best of You session at Whittle Hall, ending with a beautiful brunch in the garden surrounded by women who started as members and became friends.

It's the completion of five incredible years of work, laughter, learning, support and growth.

When I started Best of You in 2021, as we emerged from Covid, I decided to do something a little rebellious. I wanted to challenge the traditional diet club model and create something different — a place where women could gain knowledge, share experiences, feel empowered, and learn how to take care of themselves in a way that felt positive and sustainable.

My mission was never about who could lose the most weight. It was about helping women reclaim themselves, rebuild trust in their bodies, create a healthier relationship with food, and break free from the cycle of diets that left so many feeling like they had failed.

Instead, I wanted women to discover that they were never the problem.

Over the last five years I've had the privilege of watching women grow in confidence, improve their health, achieve things they never thought possible, and perhaps most importantly, learn to be kinder to themselves.

Hearing today about the difference Best of You has made to their lives filled me with pride and gratitude. It reminded me that the real success was never measured in pounds lost, but in lives changed.

To every woman who has been part of this journey, thank you. Thank you for trusting me, supporting each other, sharing your stories, and helping create something truly special.

As this chapter closes, I do so knowing that I achieved the mission I set out to achieve. And now I get to watch these wonderful women continue to live healthier, happier lives, carrying everything they've learned forward.

Best of You may be ending, but what we built together will stay with me forever.

After 5 incredible years, I’ve made the decision to close this chapter of Best of You 💜

This hasn’t been an easy decision, but it’s one that feels right for where I am now.

Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting so many amazing women, and I’m so proud of what we’ve built together.

Best of You has never been “just” about weight loss — it’s been about changing how we think about food, our bodies, and our health. And that will always matter to me.

Right now, I’m ready to take some time to focus on my next step, including further study and developing myself professionally.

This is the end of this chapter… but it’s definitely not the end of the story.

A visit to the Stolen Lamb Knutsford yesterday. I've been wanting to go there for ages!

Gorgeous inside reminds me of all the courtyard restaurants we visited in Crete. Lovely atmosphere, really friendly staff.

We ordered Ocean Kalathi (calamari, whitebait & prawns) and Tomato Keftedes (tomato & white bean fritters) to start, followed by Seafood Yoiuvetsi (seabass and Greek Orzo) and Kleftiko (signature Stolen Lamb dish, slow cooked lamb)

Will definitely be making lots of trips back!

Yesterday in group we talked about emotional eating.

One woman said, “I didn’t realise I eat when I’m overwhelmed.”

Another said, “I thought I was the only one.”

There was no judgement. No eye rolling. No comparison.

Just nodding, understanding and people saying "me too".

And then we discussed practical strategies to try this week.

We ended by sharing experience and even started to giggle about some of them.
