Sapranah Visuva Chandra was created for the Autumn Equinox, but what made it truly come alive was the people who came and trusted the experience.

To every person who stepped into the room with openness, curiosity and heart, thank you. You are the reason these evenings exist.

And deep gratitude to Hannah ( ), for the care and steadiness she brings to Sapranah; to Clizia ( ) for the potency and transformative energy of Kundalini; to Jacob ( ), Emily ( ) and Arlo, for helping, filming and being so fully part of the evening; to Jane, for the beautiful Ayurvedic teas and sweet treats; and to Lyndsey ( ), for capturing and weaving so much of the experience together.

🔱 One month to go | Sapranah Viśuva Chandra 🔱

Sapranah Viśuva Chandra is an immersive experience. I will hold the evening as one continuous journey, each practice flowing into the next, taking you from movement and breath towards stillness and turning inward.

Woven into the evening, Clizia, a qualified Kundalini Yoga teacher, will guide us through carefully chosen kriyas exploring balance and equilibrium.

Whether these practices are deeply familiar or entirely new to you, you are welcome. Perhaps you’re moving through a transition, feeling the need to recalibrate, or simply want to experience something new.

Come curious. Notice how you arrive. See what shifts. Notice how you leave.

This is our second Sapranah Viśuva Chandra, another turn around the seasonal wheel, and I would genuinely love to share this immersive experience with you. Come along.

A happy reminder… 🌞

Wherever life takes you, your Sapranah practice can come with you.

Every Sapranah class is available online, so whether you’re travelling, working away, spending time with family, looking after little ones, caring for parents, grandparents or even a new puppy, you’re always welcome to join us from wherever you are.

As long as I can see you on screen, I can guide your practice safely and look after you throughout the class, just as I would if you were with me in the studio.

Although there is something deeply special about sharing the same space together, our online classes have become a beautiful extension of the Sapranah community. A virtual studio where we can breathe together, move together and remain connected, wherever life happens to take us.

Life doesn’t always allow us to be in the same room. That doesn’t mean your practice has to stop.

Six nights of yoga, organic nourishment, sea, nature, community, and profound return on the magical Greek island of Paros, held beside the Aegean Sea at Okreblue, where land, light, and water awaken something ancient within us.

Sapranah Surya was born from a simple yet profound longing: to gather in community and remember what it feels like to be fully alive.

Through movement, breath, chanting, song, and shared practice, we gradually loosen the grip of the thinking mind and return to something ancient and deeply human.

We move.
We breathe.
We chant.
We sing.

Again and again, we return to the body, to the breath, to the voice, and to the heart.

Somewhere along the way, many of us have forgotten how to truly be together.
To sing together.
To dance together.
To join hands.
To support one another in community.

Afterwards, we gather in the garden to share nourishment, conversation, laughter, and connection.

This is why I create these evenings.

To celebrate life.
To celebrate community.

Some offerings wait patiently for their moment.

Sapranah | Inner Radiance is one of them.

I created this retreat some time ago, and now, in the luminous heart of summer, it feels right to share it here.

This seven-night retreat at Suryalila in Andalusia touches the very essence of what I teach: the relationship between the outer sun above us and the inner sun within us.

So much of life pulls us outward, into striving, seeking, grasping, and searching for fulfilment somewhere beyond ourselves.

Yet yoga invites us home.

Back to presence.
Back to truth.
Back to the radiant source already alive within us.

Through powerful Sapranah practices, working deeply with the energy of the sun, I will guide you towards a more embodied experience of your own inner radiance.
