Yesterday’s mission: Operation Shed Rescue 🛠️😄

A huge thank you to the kind person who generously donated this shed to our allotment — we’re so grateful!

The lads got stuck in dismantling it yesterday, and special mention has to go to Paul, who turned into a flat-pack wizard with the drill and had the whole thing down in record time 🔧👏

From “shed standing” to “shed flat pack” in no time at all — great work, team! Now… onto the allotment and the fun part begins 🌱🏡

In our latest Annual Employee Survey, 100% of those asked Agree that they are proud to say that they work for our organisation, with 76% of those saying they Strongly Agree! 💯

This makes for a wonderful read and we're so happy people are proud to work for Avon Support! 🥰🤩

From careful planting to enthusiastic watering (and a few muddy fingers 😄), we’re excited to watch everything grow over the coming weeks & momths.

This week, we're celebrating 15 years of Avon Support and 15 years of proudly supporting people! 🎉🎈

Over the past 15 years, we have grown, evolved, and most importantly, made a real difference in the lives of the people we support. This milestone reflects the passion, care, and commitment that each of team brings every day — and it’s something we feel incredibly proud of! 🤩👏

Sending a massive thanks to Tescos for the kind donation 🙏

The community book sale helped raise some money that will go towards our allotment set up. Massive thanks to all those that donated - we will be using the funds to purchase tools, equipment and seeds to get our allotment plot flourishing 😊🙌🏼 Our project for the summer ☀️

What a day at the Willows Project! 🌿🍕

The guys had an amazing time getting hands-on with nature — sourcing their own fresh herbs and ingredients straight from the garden before creating their own delicious homemade pizzas (which smelled incredible, by the way 😄).

Between learning new crafts, enjoying the fresh air, and just being surrounded by nature, it was the perfect mix of fun, creativity, and a little bit of adventure.

Safe to say there were full bellies, big smiles, and plenty of great memories made! 🌞🌱

This young man enjoyed a day out and about exploring Coventry last week. We hopped on the bus and made our way to the Coventry Transport Museum, followed by a trip to the Herbert Museum & a spot of lunch in TurtleBay 🍴🍹
