We had a very special visitor at the Hub yesterday… the adorable Rodge the Therapy Dog! 🐶🥰

Rodge was an absolute superstar — calm, placid and full of cuddles, he was a BIG hit with the people we support. There were plenty of smiles, gentle strokes and lots of attention for our four-legged friend! 🐾❤️

A special mention has to go to Jamie, who absolutely adored Rodge! 😍 It was lovely to see the bond they formed and just how much Jamie enjoyed spending time with him.

Thank you to Rodge for being such a wonderful visitor. We’re already looking forward to welcoming you back to the Hub for another session soon! 🐶❤️

Before we say goodbye to the month of July, we wanted to take time to recognise and turn our attention to Disability Pride Month, a time to honour and celebrate disabled people and challenge ableism. 🌟

Beginning in Boston, USA in 1990, Disability Pride Month commemorates the fundamental signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and has since grown to be observed internationally, including here in the UK since 2015! 🤩

Please join us in celebrating Disability Pride Month, including the people with disabilities, their individuality and their amazing contributes to society! 🥰💫

🌍⚽ What a fantastic Thursday we had celebrating the World Cup! 🎉

We started by researching foods from all around the world, learning about different countries and their delicious delicacies. Then it was time for a shopping trip to hunt down as many tasty treats as we could find! 🛒🌎

The result? An incredible World Cup buffet packed with flavours from across the globe! 🌮🥟🍣🥖🧀🍇 It was a feast fit for champions, and everyone loved trying something new.

Safe to say... we may have gone slightly overboard with the food! 😂 But no complaints here—it meant we had plenty left over for our lovely picnic in the park yesterday too! ☀️🧺💚

A day full of learning, laughter, good food and even better company. What more could you ask for? ❤️
