Your body remembers what your mind has long since put down 🌿

I see this time and again. A client comes in with neck or shoulder tension that has been there for years. Somewhere in our conversation an old injury surfaces. A fall from a horse twenty years ago. A broken collarbone. A car accident half-forgotten. The mind has long since moved on. The tissue hasn’t.

Even when an injury feels long since healed, the body can quietly carry the memory of it. Old patterns settle into the fascia. The nervous system holds the shape of what it once had to brace against. And those quiet patterns can sometimes contribute to what is showing up in the present.

CranioSacral therapy is one of the gentlest ways I know to listen to those older layers and give the body the space to release them. The aim isn’t to undo the past, it’s to let the body release what it needs to so you can move forward more free, more balanced and feel more like you again.

Hana came in with hip pain she’d been living with for months - constant, tender to touch, stopping her sleeping on her left side.

One session later, she could move freely, no tenderness, no pain.

She said it herself: “I can swing my hips side to side... and now I don’t have pain and pressure.”

That’s what Craniosacral Therapy can do when you actually address the root cause. Using gentle techniques, truly tuning into your body and letting your body do what it needs to release.

Same face, same beautiful therapy ✨✨ … different clinics!

It’s been such a lovely and busy week in my different clinics this week. I’m so lucky I get to do this for a living and definitely don’t see it as “work” . I love the variety of different people CST can help. This week I’ve seen tiny babies, busy business owners, tired mamas and done whole family treatments amongst others. It’s just so precious to hold space for each and everyone of you 🙏 Feeling very grateful.

something I get asked a lot!
As Craniosacral Therapy body worker people of course assume we start our treatments somewhere around the head and spine.
Whereas we often start our treatment at the feet or ankles.
Here we perform an incredible technique called Arcing, pronounced “Arking”. This helps us to understand where the focus of the session needs to be and where your body needs help and support for that session! It’s super clever and I love that we have this technique in our tool box! ✨

A Cosy night of sound healing and Cranio🌙✨ Friday night’s session was all about deep rest and restoration. A moment to feel held by the sounds of crystal bowls and supported by craniosacral therapy. Warm vibes in our cosy venue with heated flooring, mattresses, blankets and hot water bottles. We honoured and followed nature’s cues in deep rest and wintering.

We loved every minute of it ✨🌙 Thank you for coming 🙏

Our next Mama Tribe is this coming Monday 26th Jan at Lola’s Provisions 10-12, on Regent Street in Leamington Spa.

For this session, we have our own Mama Tribe Mama, the lovely Katie Edwards coming to run a mindful mark making art workshop for us. Katie ran a workshop for us back in the summer and the feedback was really lovely, so we’re doing it again ….giving you a moment to creat and just be! Katie will bring all of the supplies so you don’t need to bring anything.

As always I’ll be there doing mini CST treatments for your little one and Lola’s will be open for great coffee/cake.

So that we can plan for you all, please let me know if you’re planning to come 🤗

If your little one is at nursery or you just want a break and want to come without your baby, you will still be so welcome!
We set up the Mama Tribe for mums! it’s here for you to come and be, to feel supported, nurtured and truly connected to us and each other. So I just wanted you all to know that this is an option for everyone too!

A little update from me with my clinic times for the coming year 💚🌿
I’ll be continuing to work from my home clinic in Hatton Park and Natural Elixir in Leamington Spa on Mondays and Wednesdays.
I’m also super happy to be continuing to host the Mama Tribe on Mondays 10-12 at Lola’s Provisions, Leamington Spa.
AND✨ now, I’m excited to be expanding my CST clinic to Shipston Therapy Centre in Shipston on Stour on Fridays.✨
