If you're aged 40 to 74, an NHS Health Check could help you understand your current health and reduce your risk of developing serious conditions in the future.

The free check looks at things like your blood pressure, cholesterol and lifestyle factors to help identify early signs of conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease and stroke, as well as offering advice and guidance on how to stay well as you age.

Speak to your GP practice to find out more about NHS Health Checks.
