A Beautiful Autumn Wellness Day 🍂
Thank you to everyone who joined us ❤️

The morning delivered fitness pilates and movement therapy.
We had a delicious seasonal lunch.
The afternoon included release and relaxation through transformational breathwork and an immersive reiki infused soundbath.
We've shared a lot of joy celebrating birthdays 🎂
Ending the day in the tranquil spa at The Welcombe Hotel The Welcombe Spa

Our next wellness day is Sunday 31st January 27 and now has only THREE places remaining.

Our Spring Equinox Wellness day is Sunday 21st March 27.

These seasonal wellness days are excellent Christmas, Birthday & Mother's day gift 🎁 ideas.
