April is Stress Awareness Month: a time to pause, reflect, and take meaningful steps towards better wellbeing. 🩵

Led by the Stress Management Society, this year’s theme encourages us all to take proactive steps, no matter how small, to improve how we manage stress in our daily lives.

Stress affects us all, but change doesn’t have to be overwhelming. By making small, consistent actions, we can build healthier habits, stronger resilience, and a more supportive environment for ourselves and others.

💬 Whether it’s checking in with a friend, taking a mindful moment, or starting a conversation about mental health, every action counts.

Children’s Mental Health Week 2026 💚

This week is Children’s Mental Health Week, led by Place2Be and this year’s theme is “This is My Place.” It’s a reminder that every child and young person deserves to feel like they truly belong 🏡
Families, schools, friends, and communities all play a part in creating inclusive, nurturing spaces where children can confidently say: “This is my place.”

Want to learn more about the campaign and how you can help create environments where children and young people feel they belong? Visit: https://wellbeinginfo.org/childrens-mental-health-week-2026/
