This Sunday marks the longest day of the year.

A day that's been celebrated for centuries as a time to gather, connect, reflect & embrace the beauty of summer.

This year, we're offering two opportunities to experience the magic of the Solstice on our beautiful coastline.

🌅 SUNRISE GATHERING 4am-6am

Welcome the day as the sun rises over the sea, creating your flower crown, connecting with like minded people & taking part in meditation & a deeply relaxing soundbath.

🌅 SUNSET GATHERING 7pm-9pm

End the longest day of the year with your feet in the sand, surrounded by community, creativity, sound & the beauty of a summer sunset.

Hosted by myself & Kelly from Amba Mandala .. these gatherings have been lovingly created to bring people together in a meaningful way around the most beautiful fire.

Sundays & Mondays tend to have fewer businesses operating, which creates a slightly different feel within the salon.

Some clients find these days a little gentler, allowing them to settle into their treatment & fully embrace the experience.

Some of the strongest people are struggling silently.

The ones who check on everyone else. The ones who carry the pressure quietly. The ones who keep showing up even when they’re exhausted.

But constantly being “the strong one” can become heavy too.

This Mental Health Awareness Week, remember: you are allowed to pause, you are allowed to feel overwhelmed & you are allowed to need support too.

Checking on everyone else shouldn’t mean abandoning yourself.

Take care of your mind the same way you take care of everyone around you 🤍
