7th North East Skinny Dip Completed😆

At sunrise this morning we stripped off & ran into the North Sea all to raise money & awareness for Mind the mental health charity.

People often tell us we're brave for doing this.... but the real brave ones are the people who say "I'm not okay"
The ones who reach out...
The ones who ask for help when they're struggling...
The ones who, even when they're at their absolute lowest somehow find the courage to keep going.
That's bravery!!!

Because you never really know what someone else is carrying.

And if getting naked in the North Sea gets even one more person talking about mental health… we'll see you at sunrise next year & you'll be welcomed with open arms & an open heart 🤍
I love this event & I love these ladies

🌑Maybe you don’t need to push through. Maybe you need to release🌑

An evening away from the noise.
Bare feet on the sand. The sound of the sea. The full moon above us. And beautiful fire from Amba Mandala to warm us & burn out intentions in.

A space to slow down, breathe deeply & let go of what you’ve been carrying.
Our Full Moon Ceremony returns to Seaburn Beach this August - an evening of ritual, reflection, connection & setting intentions, leaving you with a deep sense of peace.

🫂 Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter.
🌑 Friday 28th August 7pm
📍 Seaburn Beach
Spaces are limited to keep the ceremony intimate & previous ceremonies have filled quickly.
