If you’re trying to lose weight, you’re probably already pursuing some kind of exercise plan and we know you’re using healthy eating plan to help you focus. However, you might not have considered some less than obvious reasons that your body might hang on to excess weight. Some people struggle with losing weight because they absorb the stresses and negativity of others on an energetic level, Spirit Sisters Wellbeing promotes a full wellbeing approach to losing weight that encourages you to think about ALL of the reasons why you hang onto your weight; I’m sure you all know this includes emotional, and spiritual reasons too.
Fortunately Reiki and Reflexology is often one of the most simplest and most beneficial ways of restoring balance within the body promoting your own self healing and unblocking the negativity that sometimes inhibits your weight loss efforts. The good news is that it doesn’t have to be costly and it’s not something you need to have every week in order for it to be effective.

So with this in mind, we would like to offer either treatment for only £25 each. This way you can try out the treatments and see if this gives you a head start.
