We all know, there’s nothing more demotivating than stepping on the scales after a week of hard work and clean eating…
But it’s not always what it seems👀
❗️𝗠𝗨𝗦𝗖𝗟𝗘 𝗪𝗘𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗦 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡 𝗙𝗔𝗧❗️
If you are losing inches/slimming down, but not losing any weight, this is a sign your losing body fat, but gaining muscle!
Often our customers state they’ve remained the same weight, or even gained weight!
However, as you start to lose body fat, tone up, or gain muscle! This WILL mean there is weight gain, or there will be a plateau in your weight.
This is why we urge you to 𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐄 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐌𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒!
Taking your measurements is a great way of seeing progress that can NOT be seen on the scales!
This includes: losing body fat, and toning up!💪

- Taking full-body photographs are a great way to compare and monitor your progress in ways the scales can not!
- You can see first hand how your body is changing, even if you have not lost any weight! (This is also a great motivator💪)
- Our 6-week programmes are a great bench mark to allow you to see progress. Take your pictures at the start, and end of our routines! ✅

Just because we said the scales don’t matter - that doesn’t mean you should eat your body weight in junk food🤪
