Lorraine Crookes is an international speaker, bestselling author, healing practitioner, educator, and the founder of Orgasmic Life. With a rich background as a qualified somatic bodyworker and Tantra teacher, Lorraine brings not only extensive professional expertise but also a deeply personal understanding of transformational pra

ctices. For over 20 years, she lived a dual life, balancing her career as a secondary school leader with a private exploration of swinging, kink, and BDSM. Beneath the surface, she wrestled with emotions of shame, guilt, and depression. In 2016, she made a bold decision to leave her teaching career behind and embark on an extraordinary journey of self-discovery and healing. Immersing herself in mindfulness, meditation, tantric massage, energy healing, and somatic bodywork, Lorraine began to transform her own life from within. Today, celebrated as the Sexual Empowerment Liberator, Lorraine passionately supports individuals and couples in embracing their sexual energy with confidence, free from fear, shame, or judgment. Through her workshops, live events, one-to-one sessions, online programmes, and public speaking, she empowers people to build deeper connection, greater self-awareness, and profound personal transformation, not just in their sexuality, but across all areas of their lives. Her work extends into healing relationship challenges, mental health struggles, body trauma, abuse recovery, medical conditions, and the complex dimensions of human sensuality. Lorraine’s mission is to inspire others to embody their full, authentic selves and live a life of empowered joy, connection, and freedom. About Lorraine: https://youtu.be/UqWUI1ORzN4

Divorce doesn’t just affect home. It can affect work too.

A study published in Personnel Psychology found that people currently going through a divorce reported lower job performance, more negative mood at work and poorer overall health than people who had divorced in the past or had never divorced.

Researchers also found that many participants described intrusive thoughts, emotional distress and difficulty concentrating during the workday.

The flip side? It wasn’t entirely negative for everyone.

Nearly 39% of participants said their divorce had a positive impact on their job, work or career, often because they had more time, energy and motivation to focus on work.

If you’re an employer or manager, this is a good reminder.

Supporting employees through personal upheaval isn’t a soft perk. It’s good business. 💙

🌺 **Have you ever stopped to wonder how many women have become disconnected from one of the most powerful parts of themselves?**

Not because they chose to.
But because somewhere along the way they were taught to ignore it, feel embarrassed by it, or only see it through the lens of s*x or reproduction.

💗 **Your yoni is so much more than anatomy.**
It is where many women hold emotion, creativity, intuition, pleasure, grief, strength and deep feminine wisdom. ✨
It is a place that has often witnessed life's greatest joys and deepest hurts, yet for many it remains the part of the body we know the least about.

🌿 Imagine what could change if, instead of judging your body, you learned to listen to it.
🤍 If, instead of disconnecting, you came home to yourself.
This isn't about becoming someone different.

🔥 It's about remembering who you've always been beneath the expectations, shame and conditioning.
If you're longing to feel more grounded, more connected and more at home in your own body, I'd love to invite you to join me.

🌺 **Yoni Energy & Womb Bath® Experience** 🌺
This powerful workshop on the 9th August is devoted to helping women reconnect with their yoni energy, feminine intelligence and inner life force in a safe, professionally held space.

🧘‍♀️ Through fully clothed somatic practices, pelvic-focused breathwork and grounded ta***ic principles, you'll gently reconnect with your body and its natural energy flow.

🎶 The experience concludes with a deeply restorative **Womb Bath®**, where low-frequency sound invites the nervous system to settle, allowing you to rest, reconnect and restore.
✨ Fully clothed throughout
✨ No nudity
✨ No ge***al touch
✨ A safe, respectful and supportive environment
💖 This isn't about learning to become more.
It's about giving yourself permission to come home to the woman you've always been.
🌸 If this speaks to something inside you, perhaps it's time to listen.

**When did we decide stress stayed at work?**

We often separate life into neat boxes...

💼 Work.
🏡 Home.
❤️ Relationships.

But our bodies don't.

The pressure of demanding jobs, endless emails, financial worries, caring responsibilities, relationship challenges, parenting, ageing parents, grief or simply trying to keep all the plates spinning doesn't magically disappear when we change locations.

Our nervous system experiences it all as **stress**.

And stress rarely stays in one area of our lives.

It follows us home.

It follows us to work.

It follows us into our relationships.

It affects how we sleep.

How we communicate.

How patient we are.

How connected we feel.

How we perform.

Then a cycle begins...

➡️ Pressure builds at work.

➡️ We take it home.

➡️ Relationships become strained.

➡️ Home no longer feels like a place to recharge.

➡️ We return to work already emotionally depleted.

➡️ The cycle repeats.

📊 According to the **Health and Safety Executive (HSE)**, work-related stress, depression and anxiety accounted for **16.4 million working days lost** in Great Britain during 2023/24, making it one of the leading causes of work-related ill health.

Perhaps the question isn't...

**"How do we cope with stress?"**

Perhaps it's...

**"How do we stop living in survival mode?"**

Because when we start looking after the whole person—not just the employee, partner, parent or friend—we create healthier workplaces, healthier relationships and healthier lives.

Stress doesn't recognise boundaries.

Maybe our wellbeing shouldn't either.

If you're looking for practical ways to support your people to reduce stress, strengthen resilience and create healthier, more connected workplaces, I'd love to help.
