Yoga With Becky Yoga With Becky ~ Hatha Yoga classes in the Horndean/Waterlooville area

I have been practicing yoga for about 20 plus years and teaching in Horndean since 2012. My yoga practice has been both my companion and my greatest teacher allowing me to find a stillness and sense of peace that resides within us all. Through working with the postures, pranayama, meditation and relaxation I hope that others can begin their own journey towards peace.
