Sometimes stress is not loud.

It is quiet.

It sits in the body.
Tight shoulders.
Racing thoughts.
Difficulty switching off at night.

When stress stays in the system for too long, cortisol rises.

This affects focus, mood, sleep, and even our relationships.

That is why practices like yoga, breathwork, and meditation are so powerful. 🧘‍♀️

They help the nervous system slow down and reset.

But there is another layer we often forget.

Our environment.
