Hi there my names Marie and I am a local fitness instructor. I've worked with a number of schools delivery fun fitness sessions for the kids as well as hosted silent discos and parties. It's all about getting the kids moving ( exercise in disguise ) in a fun way. 30 to 45 minutes sessions that include all equipment, ie Disco lights, glow sticks, led headsets 🎧 , music and more. Sessions can be taught inside as well as outdoors.

Work in a school or think you kids would benefit from these sessions, get on touch.

It's amazing what the power of music 🎶 can do and how much fun the kids can have just from dancing. All simple and easy to follow routines.
