Our mission at Whitworths is to make you feel good inside and out! On our page, we’ll be sharing inspiring baking ideas, healthy hints and snacking tips to help you get the best out of what you eat. With over 125 year’s heritage in dried fruit, nuts and seeds, we’re very knowledgeable about all things baking and healthy eating. We can tell you how to make the most decadent Christmas cake, how to m

ake a healthy caramel from dates (yes dates!) and how to keep you fuller for longer with healthier snacks on the go. We have a lot we’d like to share with you, but we’d also like to hear your baking ideas and healthy eating tips – good or bad! We just have a couple of house rules we’d like to share with you to make sure our page can be enjoyed by everyone:

• Don't swear, or post anything that's offensive, abusive, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, menacing, illegal, fraudulent, misleading, racist, sexist, or discriminatory
• Don't post any adverts or spam

🌱 Nutty Kitchen stole the show

You were some of the first to get a taste of our NEW Nutty Kitchen Supermince – 100% natural, meat-free and made with walnuts, lentils and quinoa.

We served up thousands of chilli bowls and absolutely loved hearing your reactions. Our favourite? “I can’t believe that’s not meat!” 👀🌱

💥 Wondermix powered up the festival

Our Wondermix Power Packs were flying out all weekend – the perfect little nutrition boost between all the CarFest action. You loved them so much… we completely ran out! 😱🙌

Breakfast, snacking, lunch or dinner – we loved showing you all the different ways you can get a little nutrition win into your day. ❤️
