We were delighted to see Scott, our Business Manager, representing the home at Wellington Bowling Club’s 2026 Mixed Triples Competition, where he had the pleasure of presenting the winners’ shield. 🏆

A huge congratulations to this year’s champions, Bill, Debbie and Tony, and well done to all 18 teams who took part in such a brilliant day.

We’re incredibly proud to support Wellington Bowling Club and to play our part in a community that brings people together through friendship, fun and a shared love of the game.

What a lovely day of keeping busy, having fun and making memories at Oaktree Court Care Home! 🥰💚

From a curling and tricky puzzles, to singing along to all those old favourite songs 🎶, there’s been something for everyone. And when the sun decided to make an appearance, we even got outside for some fresh air and a lovely walk! 🌿☀️

It’s the simple things that can bring the biggest smiles — a song we remember, a puzzle we finally solve, a bit of friendly competition or just enjoying a walk and a chat together. ❤️

Another day filled with laughter, music, memories and plenty of smiles! 😊

⛳👩‍🍳 A little bit of golf and a little bit of cooking today!

We’ve had a lovely mix of activities, with some of our residents enjoying a spot of golf, showing off their skills and getting a little competitive along the way! 😂⛳

Then it was time to swap the golf clubs for the cooking utensils 👩‍🍳🥣, getting stuck in, having a laugh and creating something tasty together.

It’s all about keeping busy, trying new things, sharing a few laughs and, most importantly, enjoying the moment together. 💚

💍❤️ 65 Years of Love ❤️💍

65 years of marriage — what an incredible milestone! 🥂✨

Today Oaktree Court Care Home we celebrated a truly special couple and a lifetime filled with love, laughter, memories, adventures and, of course, plenty of moments along the way! From saying “I do” 65 years ago to all the wonderful memories made since, it’s beautiful to see a love that has stood the test of time.

Here’s to 65 years of choosing each other, supporting each other and sharing life side by side. ❤️

🖐️🎨 Getting creative with our hands! 🎨🖐️

Happiness is all about the simple things hand painting, getting stuck in and having a bit of fun! We traced around hands, added lots of colour and created some lovely little masterpieces along the way. 🌈❤️

It’s the simple things that can bring the biggest smiles, and there was plenty of laughter, creativity and teamwork around the table. Most importantly, it was about enjoying the moment, having a go and making some happy memories together. 😊

A little bit of colour, a lot of creativity and some very happy hands! 🖐️💚

Silent disco at Oaktree Court Care Home🎧🎶

What a lovely afternoon of music, dancing and plenty of smiles! There’s something special about seeing everyone enjoying themselves, singing along to their favourite songs and having a little dance.

No big fuss, just headphones, good music and great company — sometimes the simplest things make the best memories. ❤️

😊 We all need a reason to smile… and yesterday, it was the Wheel of Happiness!

At Oaktree Court, we took a moment to celebrate the incredible team who bring so much Heart, Happiness and energy to the home every single day. 💙🧡

Our Wheel of Happiness was a little way of saying a very BIG thank you for the hard work, commitment and care our team gives and, of course, another excuse to share a few smiles along the way! 😊

Because sometimes it’s the simplest moments of recognition, laughter and appreciation that make the biggest difference.

🎉 BINGO TIME! 🎉

The ladies and gentleman came together for a fun-filled game of bingo! 🥳 There were plenty of smiles, laughs, friendly competition and, of course, lots of excitement waiting for those numbers to be called! 🔢❤️

It’s always lovely seeing everyone getting involved, cheering each other on and enjoying some good old-fashioned fun together. 🥰
