We are retired Grandparents & Carers for our 16 year old grandson who is still waiting for full assessment for Autism, Neurological Adhd with anxiety & other health problems.
Wellington Ability Counts was seen by our Grandson online after searching for football with disabilities & was keen to get in touch.
After a brief conversation with one of the coaches he was invited to visit the location where they meet & participate in one of there sessions.
He was full of excitement for once.
We felt it was a place where he was made welcome & could be included & understood straight away.
There was other young people of different ages with different disabilities some not being visible.
After he was the happiest we have seen him for along time stating the coaches were great encouraging him & involving him.
