A calming 6 week guided meditation workshop designed to help clear your mind, create space, and reconnect with yourself.
Every Wednesday from 3rd June to 15th July

Whether you’re completely new to meditation or already have experience, this workshop is open to all levels. Each week we’ll explore a different theme to help you feel more grounded, centred and able to simply be yourself, giving you a peaceful pause in your week.
Over the 6 weeks, you’ll learn simple techniques to help you feel more confident creating your own meditation practice at home.
